• Consultation Required: All medical aesthetic procedures (such as Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, and PRF) require a thorough consultation with our Registered Nurses or Medical Director prior to treatment.
• Results Vary: Treatment outcomes depend on individual anatomy, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare protocols. We do not guarantee specific, identical results for every patient.
• Right to Refuse: Luna Med Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any individual if our medical professionals determine that the treatment is unsafe, contraindicated, or not in the patient's best interest.

All appointments are managed through our secure third-party booking partner, Jane App (lunamedspa.janeapp.com).

• A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation.
• We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice or "no-shows" may result in a cancellation fee applied to the card on file.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary medical intake forms.

Gift Cards: Luna Med Spa gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used toward any clinical service or in-clinic product purchase. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

AlumierMD Products: Purchases made through our authorized AlumierMD online portal (ca.alumiermd.com) are subject to AlumierMD's distinct shipping, return, and refund policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luna Med Spa, its directors, employees, and Registered Nurses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our website, or from any treatments received, provided that all treatments are administered in accordance with standard medical and aesthetic practices.
